How to Juice
- Prep Your Produce: Wash your ingredients and cut them into chunks small enough to easily fit down the feed chute (especially important for stringy items like celery).
- Assemble the Juicer: Lock the juicing bowl into the motor base, insert the stainless steel filter and the 7-spiral auger, and secure the end cap.
- Juice: Place the juice and pulp jugs under their respective spouts. Switch the machine on and slowly feed your ingredients into the chute, using the pusher if necessary.
- Reverse if Needed: If the machine slows down due to tough fibres, simply switch to the 'Reverse' function for 3-5 seconds to clear the blockage.
- Clean Up: Disassemble the parts and rinse immediately under warm water using the included cleaning brush to clear the micro-mesh filter.
